EducatHER Tales 30-day mindfulness journal
Writing is one of the most therapeutic exercises an individual can participate in. EducatHERs have so many roles they play in the lives of their students and they often carry those burdens with them into their own families. It is not often we take time to reflect on what we did during the day, and how it impacted us because we stay in GO MODE. This journal is designed for you take 5 minutes a day to establish your BIG goals for the week, reflect at the end of each day, and at the end of each week for 30 days. There is no specific day to start and no particular month. You get to decide when you're ready to commit to 30 days of mindfulness journaling.
